Purchases & pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of sales tax; applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide a refund for that item.
Orders
KidMotivation may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to. Shipping and returns are described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated scraping, or misuse the ordering or contact features.
Intellectual property
All KidMotivation books, illustrations, cover artwork, characters, written material, brand names, logos, and site content are the property of KidMotivation and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, republished, or used commercially — in whole or in part — without prior written permission. Purchasing a book grants personal reading use only, not reproduction or resale rights.
Limitations
KidMotivation books are created to support conversations between children and the adults who care for them. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, KidMotivation is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site.
