Processing & delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 2–3 business days after purchase. Carrier delivery times vary. Tracking is provided when available.
Shipping charges
- The Complete KidMotivation 4-Book Collection includes free U.S. shipping.
- Standard shipping for other orders is $5.49 per order — not per book.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact KidMotivation within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging so we can make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted for unused, unread books in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If personalized or signed books are offered in the future, those items will be final sale except when damaged or incorrect.
